Summit Forge Supply accepts returns on eligible U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt, and approved returns include prepaid return shipping; refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 14 days after inspection, with a 25% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns. Defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost items qualify for a full refund or replacement at no cost to the customer when reported promptly. This fully wireless, remote-controlled, trailer moving robot will not only take the chore out of moving your trailer, but is sure to wow anyone who sees it in action. Moves up to 12,000 lbs in trailer weight (1,200 lbs tongue weight).
The RVR12 moves up to 12,000 lbs with two high-torque AC brushless motors, handling heavy-duty single or dual-axle trailers, boats, RVs, tiny homes, and cargo trailers.
The track technology provides superior traction over various surfaces and its aluminum finish, sealed bearings, and protected electronics make the RVR12 virtually weather-proof.
Operate using the remote up to 40 ft. away. The 29.2V LiFePO4 battery provides 30 minutes of continuous use, moving up to 120 ft per minute for easy, precise positioning.
