Warranty And Care
- All mats come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
- The mats can be easily cleaned with a mild dish detergent and soft scrub brush to remove dirt, salt, or any other debris.
- HeatTrak mats are for snow melting only. Never cover mats. Do not use indoors. Do not use inside pet houses or enclosures.

How It Works

- Easily connect the mats together for a seamless experience. Effortlessly align the connectors, secure a tight seal, and enjoy uninterrupted functionality.
- NOTE: If you're planning to connect your walkway mats to a stair mat, you may need a 20-inch Cable Extender (sold separately). Follow this rule: Starting from the Power Unit, wherever a Residential Stair Mat leads to a Residential Walkway Mat, you will need a 20-Inch Cable Extender.
- Residential Mats can only connect to Residential Mats. They cannot connect to Industrial Products.
