Summit Forge Supply accepts returns on eligible U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt, and approved returns include prepaid return shipping; refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 14 days after inspection, with a 25% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns. Defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost items qualify for a full refund or replacement at no cost to the customer when reported promptly. How tall is this spreader? In a resting position this spreader stands 30inches from the floor to the handle.
Why are two drop holes covered in the bottom of my spreader? If your middle and right most hole (from behind the spreader) are closed that means your Side Spread Control is on. Simply take the plastic tab on the bottom of your unit and push it around towards the front/right of the spreader. The holes should now be open.
What is the warranty for this product? All EarthWay products have a 1 (one) year limited manufactures warranty. Please email us a copy of your receipt. image and description of the issue(s), and an image of the white sticker on the back of the hopper.
