Summit Forge Supply accepts returns on eligible U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt, and approved returns include prepaid return shipping; refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 14 days after inspection, with a 25% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns. Defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost items qualify for a full refund or replacement at no cost to the customer when reported promptly. The Model 385 Trac Vac is another vacuum in Midwest Equipment Mfg's full line of lawn vacuum systems that offers ease of operation and storage. The versatile machine allows for vacuuming as well as optional tow kit and remote pickup to be used independent of the mower in difficult to reach areas. Optional engine upgrades include: Champ Pro+ engine with the 1” crankshaft, Honda GX160 with a 3/4" crankshaft, or an electric Champ FX200. The Model 385 Trac Vac has a 6" hose and is recommended for deck sizes 54" or less.
Chipper Vac Add-on
Imagine being able to chip limbs up to 3 1/2″ in diameter with the same machine that vacuums your yard! It is possible with Trac Vac chipper vacs. Several Trac Vac models are available with the CV option (Chipper Vac option). Note CV option is NOT compatible with Electric Start option, due to chipper inlet would need to be in same physical spot as starter motor.
The chipper vac option does NOT affect the performance of the vacuum or change the leaf and grass size that comes thru the intake hose. The chipper vac option utilizes a separate chipper inlet that allows users to pick up sticks and hand feed them into the chipper inlet. Similar to putting a pencil in an electric pencil sharpener. Wood chips are then processed thru the blower housing into the Trac Vac container for easy disposal.
The tow behind model 385 is designed to fit standard lawn tractors, it is not for zero turn mowers. Easy operation and easy to store. The standard unit comes with a Champ FX200 and air turbine assembly with 8bushel capacity in the 44gallon Rubber Maid container.
