Product Description

Cyclone PT-100 Direct Pressure Blast Pot Sandblaster

A pressure pot sandblaster clears surface debris faster than traditional siphon sandblasting by combining a powerful air stream with abrasive media, forcing it directly at the work surface rather than pulling it through a gun. Made in the USA, fully assembled, and ready to use out of the box.

How pressure blasting differs from gravity blasting: a pressure system holds media under a constant air supply. When you open the blast valve, that stored pressure drives a high-velocity stream of abrasive at the target — generally producing faster cleaning than gravity-fed systems, since higher pressure means higher velocity.

Built for mobility and safety:

  • ASME-certified pressure tank
  • Large solid wheels and a handle for easy repositioning
  • 10' sandblasting hose for extended reach with fewer repositions
  • 100 lb media capacity for longer work sessions between refills

On the "portable" label: this unit is portable in the sense that it rolls easily and has a long hose — but like any sandblaster, it still requires an external air supply to operate.

Compatible abrasive media: white or brown aluminum oxide, glass beads, silicon carbide, or blasting garnet. Steel shot is not recommended, and sand should never be used with this unit.

Included accessories: pressure relief valve (installed), pressure gauge, safety goggles.
