Why The Monessen Lo-Rider See-Thru Is Worth The Investment
This isn't just a fireplace firebox, it's built as a true multi-sided, circulating firebox with an extra large viewing area, giving homeowners a genuine gas see-through fireplace that serves as a striking divider between two rooms, rather than a single-sided unit facing just one space.
The LSTF36-B specifically addresses the needs of homeowners designing a room divider or shared accent wall who want the authentic flame and heat of a real vent-free gas firebox visible from multiple sides, with the flexibility to select their own log set to match their style.
A True See-Through Firebox, Built To Your Taste. With a multi-sided, extra large viewing area and a flush hearth design, this firebox creates a genuine see-through focal point, and since the log set is sold separately, you can select the exact look, from traditional stacked logs to a more contemporary style, that fits your space.
Built For A Clean, Striking Display
The clean face design and flush hearth create a seamless, built-in look without visible framing
Stacked refractory firebrick lines the interior for authentic hearth styling and heat retention
Hide-away screen pockets and mesh curtain screens keep safety screens out of sight when not in use
Engineered For Reliable, Code-Compliant Operation
UL Listed certification provides assurance of safety testing and compliance
The circulating firebox design helps distribute heat more effectively than a standard static firebox
No venting requirement makes for a more accessible installation than a direct-vent see-through unit
Real Savings
No venting installation avoids the cost of chimney or vent pipe work required by direct-vent see-through fireplaces
Selecting your own log set avoids paying for a bundled log package you may not want
A vent-free system reduces installation complexity and labor cost compared to a direct-vent alternative
Free shipping and no sales tax through Summit Forge Supply keeps the total cost down compared to buying elsewhere and paying tax and freight separately
The Bottom Line Homeowners designing a room divider or shared accent wall who want a genuine gas see-through fireplace can't get that true multi-sided viewing experience from a standard single-sided insert. The Monessen Lo-Rider See-Thru is built with a multi-sided extra large viewing area, a clean flush hearth design, and stacked refractory firebrick, so it creates a striking, code-compliant focal point between two spaces. For anyone designing a wall meant to connect two rooms with real gas flame, this is the firebox built to make it happen.
