Why The Monessen 48" Artisan Linear Is Worth The Investment
This isn't just a fireplace, it's built with the same contemporary design language, multicolor LED lighting, and IntelliFire Plus ignition system as the larger 72" Artisan, scaled to a 48" width that fits comfortably into moderate-size living rooms and feature walls without needing the largest linear format available.
The AVFL48NIF specifically addresses the needs of homeowners who want the Artisan's signature contemporary look and customizable lighting in a size better suited to standard living room walls, rather than an expansive great room feature wall.
The Artisan Experience, Right-Sized For Most Rooms. With the same reflective black glass panels, Diamond Fireglass Media, and multicolor LED hearth lighting as the 72" model, this 48" fireplace delivers the full contemporary Artisan aesthetic in a width that fits standard living room walls without overwhelming the space.
Built For Striking Visual Impact
Diamond Fireglass Media creates a shimmering, contemporary flame bed unlike traditional log sets
Reflective black glass panels enhance flame appearance, adding depth and visual impact to the display
Multicolor LED hearth lighting lets you set the mood to match the moment
Engineered For Convenient, Efficient Operation
The IntelliFire Plus ignition system with ODS (oxygen depletion sensor) provides reliable, safe operation
A full-function remote control makes flame and lighting adjustment simple
No venting requirement makes for a more accessible installation than a direct-vent linear fireplace of similar size
Real Savings
No venting installation avoids the cost of chimney or vent pipe work required by direct-vent linear fireplaces
Included Diamond Fireglass Media and reflective glass panels avoid the added cost of sourcing these design elements separately
CSA certification provides added confidence in the fireplace's safety and build quality
Free shipping and no sales tax through Summit Forge Supply keeps the total cost down compared to buying elsewhere and paying tax and freight separately
The Bottom Line Homeowners building a moderate-size feature wall who want the Artisan's contemporary design without the largest 72" footprint can't get that right-sized fit from the bigger model. The Monessen 48" Artisan Linear is built with the same reflective glass panels, Diamond Fireglass Media, and multicolor LED lighting as its larger sibling, in a width that suits most living rooms, so it delivers a striking contemporary centerpiece without overwhelming the space. For anyone designing a modern living space around a fireplace feature sized for a standard room, this is the fireplace built to be the centerpiece.
