Cyclone FT-6035 Bead Blast Cabinet

A fully assembled sandblast cabinet built in the USA from 16-gauge welded steel, with a large interior that handles parts of nearly any size. The angle-iron legs are welded directly to the blast chamber for a sturdy, one-piece frame, and the whole cabinet is sealed to prevent media leaks.

Included with the cabinet:

• 90 CFM sandblast dust collector (DC-1500) for clear visibility while you work
• Foot-pedal-operated sandblast gun with a tungsten carbide nozzle — outlasts ceramic or steel nozzles
• Full top-opening lid (flips front to back) for loading larger parts, plus a reinforced steel side door on the right hand side
• Two heavy-duty gas-assist shocks for easy, controlled lid opening
• Safety shutoff valve that cuts air to the blast gun automatically when the lid is open
• Long rubber blast gloves, sized to reach the full interior without opening the lid
• Single on/off switch that controls both the cabinet lighting and the dust collector

Compatible abrasive media: white or brown aluminum oxide, glass beads, silicon carbide, or blasting garnet. Steel shot is not recommended, and sand should never be used in this cabinet.

Common uses: rust removal, surface prep, and glass carving/engraving.
