Cyclone 4826 Sandblasting Cabinet

Ships fully assembled — unbox it, connect air, add media, and get to work. The cabinet legs are welded directly to the chamber using 1/8" thick, 2"x2" angle iron, rather than bolted together like many cheaper blasters that arrive as a box of parts and hardware requiring assembly and leak-sealing.

Full top-opening design: unlike cabinets that require lifting parts up and over the front edge, the 4826's full top-opening lid means you only lift parts to hip height. A reinforced steel side door on the right side gives convenient access for loading parts or making adjustments without opening the full lid.

Included features:

• Spring-assist system for easy lid opening and closing
• Safety shutoff valve that cuts air to the blast gun when the lid is open
• Standard trigger-operated sandblast gun with ceramic nozzle (foot-pedal upgrade available on request)
• Oversized oval glove ports for greater arm mobility while blasting
• Rubber blast gloves, long enough to reach the full interior without opening the lid
• Single on/off switch controlling both the cabinet light and the dust collector receptacle
• DC-1500 dust collector (90 CFM) with a filter set designed to extend motor life and simplify cleaning

Chamber size: 48"W x 26"H x 26"D (front to back) — enough room for small to large parts.

Compatible abrasive media: white or brown aluminum oxide, glass beads, silicon carbide, or blasting garnet. Steel shot is not recommended, and sand or silica sand should never be used in this cabinet.
