Summit Forge Supply accepts returns on eligible U.S. orders within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt, and approved returns include prepaid return shipping; refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 14 days after inspection, with a 25% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns. Defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost items qualify for a full refund or replacement at no cost to the customer when reported promptly. Viking's BD-65 is a commercial-grade dehumidifier built for crawlspaces, attics, and basements, rated at 60 pints per day at AHAM and up to 120 pints per day at full saturation, covering up to 1,300 sq ft. Impact- and corrosion-resistant galvanized steel housing holds up to tough job conditions, and two drain options - gravity drain or the built-in pump with included 20 ft hose (pumps up to 16 ft high) - cover different setups. A digital control panel handles humidity settings, auto-defrost keeps it running in colder conditions, and adjustable feet let it sit level on uneven ground or be hung in an attic.
