Summit Forge Supply accepts returns on eligible U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt, and approved returns include prepaid return shipping; refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 14 days after inspection, with a 25% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns. Defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost items qualify for a full refund or replacement at no cost to the customer when reported promptly. The Sunstone Pro X is a modular weld head that can be quickly fitted to a robotic arm or CNC table as part of an automated manufacturing process. The Pro X is specifically designed to be interchangeable from one production process or weld delivery system to another.
The Pro X sports a concise, unique design resulting in a smaller-than expected footprint and unit weight of only five pounds. Multiple types of electrodes can be attached to the Pro X, which has a ½ inch stroke and weld trigger limit switch.
Available in an opposed or parallel configuration, the Pro X provides variable force options using an easy-to use spring adjustment feature. The applied force range is 3.5 to 20 pounds.
Battery manufacturers will especially find the Pro X to be a key component in efficiently producing battery cells and related components. The Pro X, like all other weld heads in the Sunstone Pro line, is manufactured in the United States, sports a robust design that will withstand years of use, and is backed by a one-year manufacturers warranty.
Built in the United States with a noticeable robust look and feel, the Pro X is designed for high-output manufacturing environments and associated industrial requirements. The Pro X has a standard one-year manufacturers warranty and qualifies for the Sunstone Circle product protection program that protects the Pro X above and beyond the scope of the warranty.
Manufacturers with automated processes, such as those engaged in battery cell production will find the Pro X a viable solutions to their welding challenges.
