OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES & MAINTENANCE
- Blade Selection: For optimal results, use BW-tooth blades (tooth spacing ≤0.16”) for pipes and profiles, and HZ-tooth blades (tooth spacing >0.16”) for bars and thick-walled materials.
- Coolant Management: Mix coolant concentrate with water at a 1:20 ratio to ensure effective cooling and lubrication. Regularly check and clean the coolant system to prevent clogs.
- Routine Maintenance: Lubricate gearboxes every six months, check oil levels weekly, and inspect the machine daily using only original parts to ensure longevity and reliable performance.
