Summit Forge Supply accepts returns on eligible U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt, and approved returns include prepaid return shipping; refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 14 days after inspection, with a 25% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns. Defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost items qualify for a full refund or replacement at no cost to the customer when reported promptly. An ideal row crop planter, the 10001 is a tool that takes the guesswork out of planting any row crop. Here’s how it works: install one of the precision seed plates that best fits your seed, adjust the depth of planting on the ground opener, and then set your 30 inch long row marker for the desired width. Fill the seed hopper with seeds, then begin pushing in your well-tilled soil— that’s it! The results will speak for themselves when you look at your garden days later. Seeing all your crops come up out of the ground, all at the same time, will make you the envy of every gardener planting without the 10001. Our standard seed plates included with the 10001 can plant sweet corn, radish, leeks, spinach, carrots, lettuce, turnips, beans, small and jumbo peas, beets, okra, swiss chard, hemp and more!

Can I buy just one seed plate and not the set? Yes, individual seed plates can be purchased through our partner, Pro Parts Direct.
My seeds are getting crushed behind the seed plate or they pop out the top? This could be the result of too much humidity or static electricity. Wash the seed plates and hopper with dish soap and to air dry. You can also put some Seed Slick (graphite) in with your seeds to help these issues.
Is the row marker supposed to be loose? Yes, we purposefully designed the row marker shaft to be loose so that it does not get caught in any tough spots in your field.
