Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt, and approved returns include prepaid return shipping; refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 14 days after inspection, with a 25% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns. Defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost items qualify for a full refund or replacement at no cost to the customer when reported promptly. Why are two drop holes closed on the bottom of my spreader? If your middle and right most hole (from behind the spreader) are closed that means your Side Spread Control is on. Simply take the plastic tab on the bottom of your unit and push it around towards the front/right of the spreader. The holes should now be open.
What is the warranty on this product? All EarthWay products have a 1 (one) year limited manufactures warranty. Please email us a copy of your receipt. image and description of the issue(s), and an image of the white sticker on the back of the hopper.
