Summit Forge Supply accepts returns on eligible U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt, and approved returns include prepaid return shipping; refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 14 days after inspection, with a 25% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns. Defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost items qualify for a full refund or replacement at no cost to the customer when reported promptly. This unique lift features a very small footprint of only 26"x 48". The benefit is the ability to operate it in tight aisle ways. The BMML-9 has a heavy duty shelf that is perfect for stocking and de-stocking. Imagine the increased productivity and safety enhancement as an employee can load multiple boxes on the shelf rather than going up and down carrying boxes. The lift is equipped with a limit switch which prohibits the lift from rising without the floor locks firmly on the floor. The mini merchandise lift is easy to maneuver as it comes with two swivel casters and two rigid casters. The BMML-9 is battery operated and can be charged using a standard 110 volt outlet. The lift also comes with a manual lowering valve, power cut-off switches and simple controls. 500 Lb. Capacity with a shelf capacity of 150 lbs. Maximum shelf height is 110"
