Summit Forge Supply accepts returns on eligible U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt, and approved returns include prepaid return shipping; refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 14 days after inspection, with a 25% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns. Defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost items qualify for a full refund or replacement at no cost to the customer when reported promptly. Installing the ACIQ Wall Mount Ducted Air Handler is similar to installing any replacement air handler. Your technician will handle electrical, refrigerant, thermostat, and communication connections, as well as connecting to your return and supply ductwork. This air handler is designed for vertical wall mounting with an up-flow-only configuration. Any 24V thermostat with 2 stages of heating can control the system, but the supplied thermostat is recommended. You can add electric strip heat for backup on the coldest days. The intelligent control board displays fault codes if maintenance is needed.
NOTE: to function as a heat pump, this air handler must be installed with a condenser and other installation equipment, available at an additional cost if not already included in this product bundle. To use straight electric heating, an electric heater coil is necessary and is also available at an additional cost.
